Scalp Care University was established in 2020 by the Cosmetologist, Biologist and Chemist, Rayshone Phillips. The SCALP CARE CERTIFICATION TOUR’s mission is to be a catalyst for success, inspiration and advancement in the understanding of scalp care all across the Beauty Industry. Our mission is accomplished by equipping licensed stylists with scalp care knowledge that builds understanding, revenue and enhances the client's experience. .
